You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns Policy

All international sales are final. Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, customs processing, and import regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel purchased and shipped outside of the United States. Please carefully review sizing information, product descriptions, and your order details before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each claim and, if approved, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We are not responsible for returns resulting from incorrect sizing, change of mind, refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, failure to claim a shipment, or import restrictions in the destination country. Any international shipment that is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, or an incorrect shipping address will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or any additional return shipping costs incurred.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

**The Free Shipping on $75 or more can not be used with any other promotions and in order to receive this discount customer must put in the promotional code at the time of checkout, we will not be able to give you the discount unless you remember to use the code that is on the checkout page.
